Can't say as I've seen one quite like this before. Special?
Sorry Brandon... I can't figure out how to save a photo as a right click won't open them in a new tab to link. Maybe someone else can.

This is an Edison W-250, the William & Mary Model.

Looks like it has a lateral/universal adapter but no DD reproducer.
You can get to the photos by clicking to enlarge them, then you can right click the enlarged photo and save it to your computer.

OK, here goes...
Nope, the TMF won't accept it because
The extension html is not allowed.
The upload was rejected because the uploaded file was identified as a possible attack vector.
Same problem I had before.

It's interesting that it has an oxidised finish on the horn throat. I've thought the W 250 would've always been gold plated.
I don't have Frow's book handy to do a quick check.
Best,
Fran

First of all, you have to save the image to your computer then upload it from there... Right click on any image on the internet and it will give you a choice to save the image... Save it someplace where you can find it again, like "downloads" or "desktop". Go to "Choose File" on your Post A Reply page in the thread and choose the file you just saved to your computer... Then click Add The File and Submit when you are done.
You can't copy and past the URL of the picture location to the Forum and have it work... that is what you are running into.

Actually, no it wasn't. I was attempting to upload a screen shot as an attachment. This only seems to happen with eBay pictures. Something in the script, I believe.
Thanks for posting the pic. Sorry if it's a common machine- it looked sort of ornate and special to my DD neophyte eyes.

The Edison William & Mary, W-250, originally came out with the bronze oxidized parts. To the best of my knowledge, they never had gold plated parts. They are not common, but not rare.

Fran, I think most all I've seen were gun metal. Here are some photos of mine, now gone to another home.
