Very striking! What is the source for this? One of my first thoughts was an Indian replica but the scale and "fit" seem much better.

I've seen similar cases on early machines in Russia. Could be from there but am not sure.

The horn is definitely 1910 period anyway so I doubt the 'whole' is repro. Nice!

It was from some Russian website. I think its in someones collection or in their home... like an Architectural Digest type magazine
