I just bought my first Edison Triumph, after owning several Standards and a couple of Home Models. It's quite an interesting and massive machine. Unless I am missing something, George Frow's Edison book doesn't appear to cover the Triumph Models. If so, is there a good reference work the covers the different models? I'd like to know more about them.

Triumphs are descendants of the early "Spring Motor" phonographs. As such, you'll find that Frow covers them in chapter 5, "Early Spring-Driven Phonographs".

I once saw a photo copy of an order placed by an Edison jobber (wholesale dealer) for two hundred machines. If I remember correctly the order asked for about ninety Standards and ninety Homes. The balance of twenty machines was split between the Triumph and Gem. It's nothing but a snapshot but if accurate would indicate that only around five percent of Edison machines were Triumphs.
