Columbia phonograph, need help.

Is there anyone who know which model this Columbia phonograph is? And which year? I am grateful for all the answers.

Viva-tonal portable, late 1920's. Sorry, I cannot provide a model #.

These are a decent player if in good condition.

I would assume it is American, ca 1927/28 because of the tonearm.
