Looking for a plain but functional cylinder shaver that I could purchase and pick up at the 2018 Orlando show. My experiments with cylinder recording are at a standstill without one.

Have you been constantly scouring Craigslist for a shaver?

They pop up all the time.

I got one which turned out to be perfectly useful
for $25 a few years ago.

I constantly check Craigslist and Ebay, but they don’t seem to turn up in Florida.

When you check those places, it seems to work
for me to try many different possible search categories.

Some of the ones I use and have found items with:

-Dictaphone
-Ediphone
-Edison
-Dictation machine
-Dictation Shaver
-Ediphone Shaver
-antique office machines
-old office machine

If you thoroughly dredge the bottoms of all
the lakes and rivers, there are still some
things to be found.
