I am offering 2 hard to find Victor PICT-UR-MUSIC records c.1929. These were used at movie theaters to accompany silent films or to augment 'talkie' movies. They were leased to the theaters by Victor and were required to be returned to Victor when they were no longer needed. These are very hard to find, a pair of them is unheard of. As a bonus, they both appear to have immaculate surfaces and labels. See photos for better detail. Both were recorded in 1929, 0459 was originally issued on Victor 21943 and 0364 was issued on Victor X-16044. Titles are 'ME AND THE MAN IN THE MOON' and 'THE THINGS THAT WERE MADE FOR LOVE'. Postage via Media Mail is $6.00 for one or both. Not likely to ever find better examples.
