The Talking Machine Forum — For All Antique Phonographs & Recordings

I recently inherited a Kimball Upright Phonograph, but it does not have the correct crank to wind it up. I popped the back off to see what sort of connection is needed and it appears to require a female threaded crank. Unfortunately it does not seem to have a model number, and I cannot find any information on these Kimball machines. I found one reference on the net indicating it might be a C250 or C19 model, but I can't be sure. Do know of any source on the internet that has some information?
