Cylinder 15381 or 15631 foreign

I purchased this cylinder today but can’t find any information on it. Can anybody recognize the writing on the cylinder or the number? I took a video but I don’t know how to add it.

spiew andzia Is polish for singing Andzia. Andzia is a name. Maybe her??
