Repair Advice for GEM and Triumph

Well, something happened to me in the last few years and I’ve found myself with a real interest in old phonographs. I’m still an amateur with my understanding of the finer details. I just bought a working GEm and Triumph. Both are running sluggishly and I was hoping to find someone to service them. I live in Wilmington, Delaware. Is there anyone near me who might take on this job? I could mail the GEM away but the Triumph is way too heavy to mail. Thanks in advance for any advice!
