Any idea what a fair price might be on Standard model E horn. I think it is in about average shape for one of these.

If it is the blue one with the painted Chrysanthemums, then a few hundred dollars. That's for a perfect horn. The lacquer was painted directly on the horn with no primer. These tend to flake and rust over the years.
