FOR SALE: Some hard to find early records - Various

Anyone who has contacted me over the years looking for certain titles, artists or record labels from my collection knows that my record collection, while fairly extensive, is sadly deficient with regard to organization. In my working years I purchased a great deal of early phonograph and music box stuff and put it anywhere I could find space. Now that I'm very happily retired I find it a bit of a chore to go through it all. I've found that it's a WHOLE LOT more fun to buy than it is to sell.
Anyway, today I uncovered a box of records with a few records I thought I'd offer here before I go anywhere else with them.
Now, admittedly, what I know about most early opera and classical records you can put in your eye and you'd never feel it. But the Mandel record is a curiosity to me. One look at the title and artist made me feel a big yawn coming on but the attractive Mandel label out of Chicago struck my eye. I suspect it's not an easy label to find but who knows. I've no idea how to value it so if it interests you send me a PM and enlighten me. Maybe it will find a new home.
I have lots more early string band records too. I listened to all of these on a modern turntable here and gosh those early string band recordings are a lot of fun - especially those with jug blowing.
PM or email with interest.
Thanks.
Doug
