They're called escutcheon pins. A Google search should get you some results.

I assume you are talking about the nails that hold the patent plate to the bedplate. If so, my first suggestion is to preserve the originals (or at least the heads) and super glue them back in place. The replacements I've found are just a little big for the holes. (Sadly, the next smaller size is way too small.) This can be worked around by enlarging the holes in the bedplate with a drill bit and not telling anybody you did it. This flies in the face of a "reversible" repair, so I really can't recommend it.

I got mine from McMaster-Carr. They're called Brass Decorative Finishing Nails (14 gauge, ½" length), part number 97936A161.
Good luck!

Go on E bay and see if you can find a seller called Croakenfrog.. He will be under Edison or Victrola seems to get in Junkers and sell the parts. E mail him and he probably can sell you a couple of fasteners. They are long enough so you can grip at the pointed end with a dremel drill and file down the diameter with a small file while the drill is running. Clip off the part held in the drill chuck. This way no changes to the original bedplate holes.
