Anyone ever seen one of these before?

What's the sound quality on these, compared to a model C? Do they live up to their hype?

What a superb Mahogany Standard! I bet the Home carriage would be good for recording use.

That attachment for the standard is something else. Thanks for the pics. Tom

The sound quality is excellent. The reproducer has a spider layout and a large diaphragm, which provides good clarity, volume and bass response. It is as loud as a Model C, but more bass.

The mahogany Standard has the original finish and is very well preserved.

The attachment for the Standard is different thant the Home in the version I have. It may be an earlier version than the Home as there is no reproducer height adjustment and it is all nickel plated.

Very nice examples Scott! I have never seen nor heard of these reproducers. They seem to implement both Pathé and Bettini design elements.

Have you seen any other examples of this reproducer?

Thanks! I saw one other many years ago on a Suitcase Standard. This set up was sold by the Lambert Company in England. The U.S. company did not sell phonographs or any hardware. These reproducers were also available as part of the Lambertphone, most presumeably made by the German company, Excelsior.
