The seller's attitude is a little annoying, the way he tells us that if it doesn't sell this week it's going into storage and then being relisted for $2000. Yeah, that'll teach ME a lesson for not buying it when I had a chance.

Excuse my ignorance, but what is the slotted box above the ID tag?

Those slots would hold Tungs-tone needle tins, one each for soft, medium and loud-tone needles.

My reaction too. Yeah, that's the way to attract buyers, insult their intelligence with the old "price good for today only" bs. Keep it, it's overpriced anyway.
