Selling for what I have into it. Old Newcomb school phonograph with spring loaded feet. I installed a new idler wheel (original was actually missing), oiled electric motor shaft, removed ugly turntable platter plastic, and put a nice piece of ⅛” thick coroprene (cork/neoprene) on turntable. Needle cartridge is 78rpm only (Pfanstiel). I have no need to play LP or 45 rpm discs, so I opted only for the 78rpm cartridge. Nice warm tube amp sound. Great for playing discs in garage, buying trips, or whatever. Plays 40’s 78rpm records like its party time. Playing Roy Rogers discs while I write this. Turntable speed is about 76rpm, I can deliver to Wayne, NJ phonograph show in the fall.

just in case anyone here is new to the “newcomb”.....these are millions of times better than a POS Crosley ....BUY THIS INSTED!!! my .02 cents

I agree. I have had one of these for years and use it to test records.
