I am almost positive that this is an HMV Puzzle Record that I am not familiar with. The grooves appear to be concentric and there are multiple titles on each side - also each side is labeled "First Record & Second Record", like other HMV puzzle records. The label is consistent with other HMV puzzle records that I own and the time period is right... It is hard to determine without seeing it in person, but I am fairly certain...

I have another selection of Nursery Rhymes by Uncle George's Party on HMV B3194. This is a compilation not a puzzle record, so B2866 may not be a puzzle record either.

I believe that "Uncle George" was the baritone George Baker (1885-1976) who recorded under several pseudonyms as well as under his own name.

Thanks... You are most likely right, since I have never heard of this title as a puzzle record, but what do I know? :)

Does that recording have what appears to be a double runout groove?

Yes it does, just like the one pictured by Curt.
