Very expensive Roy Bargy record

On of the items on the Green River Records auction 209 was Victor 18969 (Pianoflage & Knice and Knifty) by Roy Bargy. I placed a bid, but I didn't win it. The winning bid was $ 100! Is this a very rare record? Even for a record in E condition it seems very expensive. A couple of weeks ago I bought the same record on Ebay for $ 10 (V++ condition).

$100? Wow. Seems high to me. I have what is probably a dealer stock copy of it that came with lots more of the same in a bulk buy years ago. It isn't one you encounter often (at least I don't), but I'd think $10-20 is more in line.
