This Exportation adaptor is for sale $60.00 plus postage. (USA preferred)
It looks fairly clean with decent plating and slight rust to steel parts. The rubber part is deteriorating and I'm sure the reproducer needs new gaskets. It looks like a copy of a Victor soundbox.
