The label looks to me to be a Lincoln or a Cameo, which recorded a lot of hot but obscure tunes. It has that late 20's secondary label sound.

"Salt Your Sugar".I have that tune on an Edison Diamond Disc by the Jazz-O Harmonists.edisonplayer
