I had one of those- well made, and there is a long tin horn that winds around the motor.

I've got that model, too! Really good portable. In my recent thinning of the collection the only portables I kept were this model and three HMV machines. Take that for whatever it's worth.

Are there any videos featuring a RESTORED Silvertone Super Deluxe playing an electrically recorded record? The only ones I've spotted on YouTube were equipped with an as-found, frozen sound box which sounded terrible, or they were playing an acoustic recording which didn't provide a clue about the sound quality, or they played the record at the wrong speed, or.....

It may be awhile until I get this one fixed up but I’m sure I’ll post a YouTube video of it when it’s done.
