Preservation Hall Jazz Band with Tom Waits, a limited issue, 2 track 78rpm vinyl record.

Released in 2010 for Preservation: An album to benefit Preservation Hall and the Preservation Hall Music Outreach Program. The songs chosen are the earliest known recorded examples of Mardi Gras Indian chants. “Tootie Ma Was A Big Fine Thing”, and “Corrine Died On The Battlefield” were first recorded by Danny Barker in 1947 and are fitting selections for this project.

This limited pressing of 504 records are prized editions for all Jazz collectors.
Number 326 is offered here.

VG+ (LP). Plays like new (untested), with very few signs of handling, such as tiny scuffs from being slipped in and out of jackets (pictured). A bit hazy from sitting on the shelf, needs cleaning.
