WANTED: Hello My Baby cylinder record

Not sure who sung this song or if there are multiple singers/versions. I’ve only seen an Arthur Collins version. Would like to add it to my collection!
If I can’t find it on cylinder I wouldn’t mind having a copy on 78. Thanks!!

Just to clarify that song was from the cartoon "One Froggy Day" and is a great song
