Full disclosure... this is my listing.
I purchased this local and did a little work to it after doing a lot of research. It was a fantastic project.
Not sure if my price is in the right area for this off brand in this shape.

Did you make the grill yourself?

I adapted the grille to fit. The grille was originally on a Victrola VV-7 (if I remember right). The original size was much to big to fit, so I took the time to cut down the grille to size... which was no small task in itself. There were a lot of cuts to make. The grille cloth is held in place by wood pieces pressed into slots on the back side of the grille.

I would have preferred something more original to the piece but I really haven't found any references as to what was originally installed. So instead I adapted the VV 4-7 grille to at least be fairly accurate to the vintage, or so was my train of thought.

I didn't expect that question. It is a meter I borrowed from where I work. I'm not sure of the brand, but it's a non-contact meter that also has apparatus for contact sensing too. To read non-contact, I placed a piece of tape on the platter and held the meter over the platter so that it would detect and make a reading. The device is kept calibrated, so it should be accurate as long as the 250 lb gorilla using it didn't make a mistake. If you want specific meter model and such, I'll have to get back to you on that.
