Is this horn decal authentic?

I just saw this eBay gem that has a picture of a cone horn with a gem decal on it. Was there ever such a thing legitimately?

This Gem decal was added later. Original Edison cone horns never had a decal. Also, this horn looks like a repro.

Harvey, my thoughts exactly. However, I kind of like how it looks. It does look to have been done some quite awhile ago. But still not real.
