In case you didn't know, this is one of the few Blue Amberols that was recalled shortly after its release. Why? Because one of the Christmas presents mentioned in the recording is "a new Diamond Disc phonograph", and some cylinder dealers didn't appreciate that! (Lots of dealers sold only disc machines or only cylinder machines.)
Of course the cylinder was dubbed from a Diamond Disc, so that makes sense, but still...

It's also interesting because you actually hear an excerpt from another disc, "Ring Out The Bells For Christmas", dubbed into the recording...
