That one caught my eye last night too. I considered going to have a look at it but don't have the time this week. I wouldn't mind having it.

What about the price? Does that sound reasonable considering it is in good working condition with no issues?

I would say its definitely and art case model and it seems pretty reasonable to me.. think what its going to be going for at Union Next summer?
It has the deluxe wood carved tone arm as well. I only had one of those in my life on the Bombe upright.

Sonny,
I would say that it being refinished differently on the outside than the original finish on the inside is somewhat of a condition issue; having said that, I'd imagine that the wooden arm and reproducer assembly alone is worth at least half of the asking price as parts.
