This looks like a 10-35 with slightly different feet. The 10-35 was introduced in 1928 and used the second style of Victor's automatic changer. There were 3,290 of them made. It is missing the albums, (4 of them) and there are no guts. But this is still not too bad of a deal if someone can find the missing parts.
