Help wanted to indentify a Horn

I have an 11 panel phonograph horn which is 23" long and 19" across the bell. Orginally it had a support bracket in the shape of an 8.(see photo of marks) This is now missing so I would like some help so that I can make a copy. The horn appears to be a dull army green on pale blue basecoat. There also appears to be remains of a gold? stripe around the edge and white? stripes along the mouldings. Any help would be great. As it is rusting I am thinking of repainting . Any thoughts
