We need more information. The Victrola IV was made for a long time and went through several variations.

The crank you have looks pretty good. Ron Sitko sells replacement knobs.

Well, the tread at the end to hold the knob in place has broken off, and the screw has the end of the thread in it.

Not sure it applies here but the screw holding the wooden knob has a reverse thread. Jerry B.
