Identification of a Record Cabinet

ok so i picked this up over the weekend at the local flea market for 25.00 it is solid oak no veneer at all. has a needle cup inside the door and vertical record slats ,,, any idea as to the maker and approx year. i was thinking maybe Herzog or Pooley...

There were a lot of different companies that produced record cabinets like this one, most of them weren't marked. One of my Herzog cabinets has no mark on it at all and another does. Either way, at $25, you certainly got a nice buy!

A nice buy indeed! ...and with actual vertical slots, not a horizontal sheet music cabinet.

sorry i dont want to sell it, it has found a permanent home in my office to house all my acoustic classical and opera. i am always looking for record storage cabinets as i have probaly 15 too 20,000 records 78's and edisons alone not counting all the 45's and lp's... and i just added another edison machine (c-200) to the collection because it was filled with 51 and 5200 series records and all really good dance band stuff.. so i bought it for the records... the record disease continues....
