The tonearm/backmount both look like they're from a Zonophone backmount machine... and a Victor III cabinet.

If the rest of the Victor III is there it might be a good buy. I have a little bit later Victor III and absolutely love it. They're a little scratchier-sounding than Victrolas (with the needle out in the open instead of inside a case) and very primitive with no auto stop or tachometer dial, but they are a lot of fun to play records on.
Besides, swapping horns lets you choose the style for your machine. I have black and brass on there but it looked good when I had a morning glory horn.

As John mentioned, this back bracket is correct for the Vic III case.
