Unusual 2-Footed Edison Crane

Thought that I would share this. I acquired this crane that included two feet, once of which has no hole in it. I believe that everything probably came off of the same machine. From what little research I've done, the foot without the hole was used on the opposite side of the front to balance the other foot with the crane. The overall length is slightly shorter than a period Standard crane. Were these used on the Fireside or other smaller machines?

Thanks - Mike
