Unusual rca victor “souvenir” from 1956 meeting

Has anyone seen one of these? A friend of mine has one in his store and I’m considering buying it... anybody have any idea as to a fair value? One apparently sold on eBay for about 600 a few years ago, but as I was reminded earlier today, we all know how eBay can be. Any information would really be appreciated. Thanks.

yes, it's in a glass case in a store with a bunch of other crap around it. but thanks for the input.
