Greetings all -
I uploaded another YouTube video today. While I got the video in the 16x9 format, I can't seem to get the "watch in HD quality" link going.
Well... enjoy.

This reproducer was rebuilt by Steven Medved. He did a great job and was super nice.
The unit itself has come a long way... here is was when I bought it in 2007 for $100.

After...

phonophan79,
Very nice—thanks for sharing the video with us. I notice that YouTube does not give embedding info for full HD, but I’ll see what I can do with that...I added a [
YouTubeHD] tag to allow embedding widescreen videos, with a link below them to the HD version:
[youtubehd]

To link in HD, you want to add
‘&fmt=22’, like so:

And hopefully Steve will see your praise for him—he joined this board not that long ago.

Awesome, the HD did work! It just took a lot longer to process. (They publish the low quality first obviously)
Very, cool. Thanks for the link info, MordEth!

You’re very welcome, and yes—even when uploading SD video, they publish the low quality first, because it takes less time to process—the ‘watch in high quality’ and ‘watch in HD’ links do not show up until after more processing time has elapsed.
I’ll also have to look at making it so we can embed DailyMotion clips here, since
Rocky was mentioning that a few people were starting to post videos there, as well.
