The estimate is ridiculously high. It's not particularly rare. Somewhere I have at least 2 spare copies! Fascinating record though.

I was going to say £15 to £30 is a fair price in my view, depending on condition, but it's one of those records that people may get fixated on on as a "must have", or have the impression that it's very rare, hence higher prices sometimes.
