Free Shipping anywhere in the Continental USA for this 1958 publishing from Duane Deakins. This is number 141 of only 200 printed in 1958. Much of the plastic spine is missing but it appears to be complete with all pages. There is wear to it as you would expect from a reference book handled and used as it was intended. It is filled with information and I have been referring to it for many years. Thanks, Joe
