Sealing A Victrola Credenza Horn

I was wondering how difficult this process is for somebody that is not very mechanically inclined. I am still not very good at even rebuilding Victrola motors, even though I have done like 8
The machine sounds great to me the way it is, with its rebuilt reproducer (thanks Wyatt), but what if it sounds even better with a sealed horn? Depending on how hard this task is I may want to take on this endeavor.
Also anyone have any good internet sources for this re-sealment process? A youtube video would be really helpful.
Thanks,
Travis
