Current Victor Schoolhouse value?

I have a possible opportunity to buy a Victor XXV aka Schoolhouse model. This one has the removable lid and lifting shelf. It's in OK condition - not mint, but no obvious damage or finish issues. It's running, but the horn needs significant repair. What is a fair price range for something like this these days?
Please feel free to PM if you'd prefer not to post publicly.
Thanks in advance,
Kevin

From the sales I've seen, they go around 2600-2800 in good shape. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I think that's about right.

When placing a value on a phonograph, condition counts. What does good shape mean? What does OK condition but significant repair needed to horn mean?
The ebay example is pristine. Raphael does not sell "OK condition" merchandise. The ebay buyer should be happy with his machine. The price he paid is fair or even a bargain considering quality packing and shipping were included.
I've watched the prices of Victor Schoolhouse machines drop significantly over the past 20 years. Nearly every one of them I've seen at Union in recent years had issues - missing parts, horn damage, damage to lid, etc.
