Here is a cool find from this week. Up for sale is this Edison Beethoven. In working condition and original finish. Needs some elbow grease and a good clean up and could make a great machine.

The door pulls are not original, alligatoring and faded finish in places, there are a couple of bad spots kn the lid, had a swollen pot metal adapter that broke off where the reproducer inserts so signs of where I had to remove it. Comes with the original instruction manual I found inside the motor cavity. Stretcher is intact. Great opportunity to get a Beethoven.

By the way, a couple of years ago, Uncle Vanya found a company that sold door pulls that looked like the original Beethoven's door pulls, but the escutcheon was not the same. Marc.
