WANTED: Columbia Grafonola Favorite Louver Hardware

Looking for the louver hardware for my Columbia Grafonola Favorite. I have the louvers but the hardware that opens and closes them is missing.
I do have the side knob assembly. See attached photo.

I have a donor machine that has a good set of louvers and hardware. Reply with your address and I can send it to you.
