The Talking Machine Forum — For All Antique Phonographs & Recordings

I picked this up recently and it is not something I recall having seen before.
Has anybody else come across it ?

The only records that I know of that match the description on the label are the series of "Special" Blue Amberols, but they had their own special boxes. I would speculate that these boxes were used late in the game. At some point Edison probably ran out of the "Special Blue Amberol" boxes and used these labels instead.
