Here are 22 original record slips for Edison cylinder records. I believe these are for 4 min black wax and are always missing. Some have Staining, rough edges, and bent. Has a synopsis of the song in the slips. Less than $2 each and not factoring shipping.

Just FYI, these came with Blue Amberols. They weren't offered for long are found infrequently.
