Ortho Tool

I am trying to rebuild my first Orthophonic reproducer. First thing I had to figure out was how to get the bearing shaft out of the needle bar so I made a tool for that. Took a ¼" bolt, cut the threads off, then drilled a 5/32" hole in the end. The bolt fits right into the bearing shaft hole on the reproducer cover and the bearing shaft fits in the 5/32" hole. Punch out the bearing shaft using the bolt as an anvil and the shaft pops out quickly.

How do other folks do this?
