Victor 6 ID Plate Very Early

There has to be a Victor 6 or VI that needs this. What a rare find to have a 3 digit serial number and the odd numbering method. I have seen other tags that say "V No." But never a 6. This is not mine, just a surprising find on good ol' eBay. Enjoy! Joe
