I must admit that I too, am surprised that this hasn't yet sold. They don't come much rarer, and for five hundred bucks? Admittedly, this needs some real estate, but what an upgrade for someone who has a couple of pedestrian uprights in their collection! If I had the space, I'd be driving to New Hampshire for this.

For those close enough to retrieve this rare, yes rare, Victrola, it's my suggestion to evaluate your collection. If space is a concern it's time to look at the machines made in the tens of thousands, like ordinary XIs, Xs, and common consoles, and kick them out the door. I look at what makes a collection interesting and one Period model Victrola makes any collection interesting. Make room for this Victrola. Just a friendly suggestion...
