Hello!
Does the governor shaft bearings have balls on this motor?
I don't see them, and it seems that nothing is missed when governor is assembled.

Only one end of the governor shaft delivers thrust to its bearing. That one should have a ball bearing in it. Sometimes I can't tell if it's there or not if it doesn't roll out during disassembly!
