WANTED: Columbia Push/Pull Brake Knob or Whole Assembly

Just bought a very nice Columbia BI, missing only the small knob on the push-pull brake. Maybe someone has one to sell? Would also consider buying the whole push-pull/speed control assembly. Wouldn't matter if it weren't for a BI, as all I want is the knob itself. Anyone??
