hi,I want to learn informations about grammophone speed control mechanisms.please send me pictures and schemas.how to work it.I have an it but it is not working fine and I want to make a new one.

This is a bit like saying "I need an accelerator for a car!" !There any many different speed controls, all working in different ways. If you can let us know which machine you have, preferably with pictures of the motor, we can advise you further.

Also, someone may even be able to send you one.

There are a lot of parts--the governor (which is part of the motor, and actually controls the speed,) the linkage, which is the connection between the governor & the actual control knobs or levers, and then the physical controls itself which may be a knob, a lever, a screw, or even contain a speed indicator.

Also, where are you from? Maybe there are Forum members nearby that could help you fix up your machine.

Looks like you have a repro machine , the speed control isn't original to the Columbia motor and the motor board looks to be made from fibreboard , if it is a repro is it worth pursuing ? A picture of the complete machine would help

okey new pictures,I will send but todays I am working a new case,it is solid oak wood and I will send pictures of new case.

I believe that, the motor is original.Iam making a new case,sold and oak wood.

Your machine in most countries would be called a "frankenphone" after Frankenstein's monster--all put together from different parts. But from what I've seen there are a lot of collectors in the Middle East and Eastern Europe who are more interested in having a beautiful gramophone than in having a fully-authentic period piece. There ought to be a special recognition among collectors of that love for the design that is bringing people like you to make handcrafted cases & save machines that most collectors would break up for scrap.
