Columbia BO lid

Can any forum member tell me the internal height of the lid and if someone has a label inside the lid does it have the original price.

The internal height is 5" and the original price on the label is $45.

BO and BE lids are different, and not interchangeable.

Thank you for your help. Much appreciated. I have seen a lid on ebay but have now found that with your comments it is for a BE.
