What is this? Edison Phonograph and reproducer attachment

I saw this on Facebook and I wondered what type of reproducer attachment is on it. https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/it ... 699267594/
Nothing more than a cobbled together mess. What I'm curious of is whether they also replaced the diamond stylus with a brad point as I've seen done. Ugh.
